You will cross the Tichka Pass (2,260 m), skirt the southern palm oases, sleep in the Dadès gorges, then trek on foot and by camel up the dunes of Merzouga. Expect pisé villages, thousand-year-old kasbahs, encounters with nomad families, shared mint tea and a night in a Berber camp, lulled by the silence of the desert.
