When is the best time to visit Morocco?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the most pleasant temperatures. The Sahara desert is ideal from October to April; in summer, desert days are very hot but the nights stay cool.
Are the excursions private or in a group?
All our excursions are private: you travel only with your own group and your driver-guide. No mixing with other travellers, for a more authentic and flexible experience.
How do I book and pay?
Fill in the online booking form. You receive a quote within 2 hours. A 30% SSL-secured deposit confirms the booking; the balance is paid on site, in cash or by card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48h before departure, with a full deposit refund. After that, the deposit is retained but transferable to another date within the year.
Are the excursions suitable for families with children?
Yes. Most of our tours are child-friendly. We adjust the pace and offer suitable activities (short walks, accessible dunes, family dinners). Mention the children's ages when booking.
Which languages do the guides speak?
All our driver-guides speak French. We also offer English, Spanish, German and Arabic-speaking guides on request, at no extra cost.
What are the departure points?
We arrange departures from Marrakech, Fès, Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir and Tangier. Airport or accommodation transfers are included in most tours.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance covering medical expenses and cancellation is strongly recommended. We can refer you to reliable partner insurers on request.
