## About this tour

Immerse yourself in Moroccan culture through its cuisine. In the heart of the medina, a local family welcomes you into a traditional home. The program: visit to the souk to buy fresh ingredients (with your chef), preparation of a full menu (tajine, couscous or pastilla, salad, and Moroccan pastries), then tasting of your creations. Mint tea and transfer included.

## Day-by-day itinerary

### Day 1 — Day 1 — Pickup → Souk → Cooking → Tasting

Pickup at your hotel around 9am. Transfer to the medina. Welcome by the chef and the family. Souk visit: spices, fresh vegetables, meat, herbs. Return home. Preparation of a tajine (choice of: meat and prunes, fish, or vegetables), a Moroccan salad and milk pastillas. Tasting. Return to your hotel around 1:30pm.
