# Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Excursions Maroc and its customers. Any booking implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.


## 1. Subject

Excursions Maroc offers tourism services in Morocco: day trips, multi-day tours, activities and accompanying services (transport, guide, accommodation, meals).


## 2. Prices

Prices are in euros (€), per person, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise stated. They include services explicitly described in each tour page. Personal expenses (drinks, souvenirs, tips) are not included unless stated otherwise.


## 3. Booking and payment

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance is due no later than 7 days before the tour date, or in cash on arrival. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, cash (MAD, EUR, USD).


## 4. Cancellation and refund

- More than 30 days before departure: full refund, 5% administrative fees retained.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% retention.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% retention.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund.
- Bad weather / force majeure: free postponement or full refund at your choice.


## 5. Modification by the customer

Any modification (date, number of participants, tour) is possible free of charge up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability. Beyond that, the above cancellation conditions apply.


## 6. Liability and insurance

Each traveller must hold personal travel insurance (repatriation, cancellation, luggage, medical expenses) valid in Morocco for the whole of the service. It is your responsibility to take it out before departure and we may ask you for proof of it. Our liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, unforeseen events, or failure by the traveller to follow safety instructions.


## 7. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@excursions-maroc.com within 30 days of the end of the service, and we answer it in writing. We seek an amicable settlement first. Failing agreement, the dispute falls to the courts of Marrakech, on the terms and at the costs provided for by Moroccan law.


## 8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
